Weightloss Wednesday: Dec 4th Blogaday
As you may have seen in an earlier blog post. I am doing a 30 day challenge of both abs and squats. So how's it going? After three days I am sore. It being the 4th it is the rest day. I have decided that I will be keeping up with the challenge but on days I may hurt more I will be splitting the challenges into one in the morning and the other in the evening.
Weightloss is a big deal for me. I just lost 50lbs and due to medical reasons I gained most back. I can't workout yet 100%, so I'm going easy right now by doing these challenges. I am nervous I won't be able to complete them. But I will try.
So what are some great ways to lose weight. Of course ask your physician if you are healthy enough to workout. We'll obviously I'm a work in progress but my advice see what kind of apps your phone has. There are many IOS and android apps that help count calories and activity.
